The Scheduling Problem We Want to Fix

One of the biggest frustrations with routine outboard service is being told a shop is backed up for months, but still needing to drop the boat off immediately just to hold your place in line. We think there should be a better way.

Our goal is to make routine outboard service more planned, more transparent, and more practical for customers who still want to use their boats while maintenance planning and parts coordination are being worked through.

A Scheduling-First Approach

Planned maintenance instead of vague wait times

We want routine service to be built around actual scheduling, communication, and realistic service windows — not just dropping the boat off early and letting it sit.

Use your boat when it makes sense

Depending on the job, we may be able to inspect what’s needed, coordinate parts, and schedule the install window separately so your boat is not tied up longer than necessary.

Built around real boat ownership

Routine service should fit around how you actually use your boat. That means better planning, better communication, and less unnecessary downtime.

Combine Outboard Service with Boat Care

For the right customer, routine outboard maintenance can be planned alongside detailing, wash and wax upkeep, inspections, and broader boat care. That means less back-and-forth, fewer separate appointments, and a more complete preventative-maintenance approach.
