At Lilly Marine, we want customers to feel confident buying from us. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products purchased from Lilly Marine, subject to the terms below.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • opened or used liquids, chemicals, cleaners, coatings, waxes, compounds, or treatments

  • products that have been installed, applied, or used

  • special-order or custom-order items

  • clearance or final-sale items

  • gift cards

  • labor, detailing services, maintenance services, inspection fees, diagnostic fees, and other completed services

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • be in new and unused condition

  • be returned in the original packaging

  • include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Lilly Marine as soon as possible. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Online Order Returns

If you purchased an item online and need to return it, contact Lilly Marine first for return instructions.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible items within the return window, subject to product availability.

Special Notes for Marine Products

Because many marine care products are chemical-based or can be compromised once opened or used, Lilly Marine cannot accept returns on opened or used product bottles, containers, or treatments unless they are defective.
