Lake Country System 4000 Pad Washer
The Lake Country System 4000 Pad Washer is a professional pad cleaning system designed to clean foam, wool, and microfiber polishing pads quickly during or after detailing work. It helps remove built-up compound, polish, wax, oxidation, and gelcoat residue so pads can keep cutting, polishing, and finishing properly.
At Lilly Marine, we recommend this pad washer for customers doing regular boat correction work, especially when using multiple pads with Revival Heavy Cut, Medium Cut, Polish & Protect, or Premium Boat Wax. Dirty pads lose performance fast. A loaded-up pad can run hotter, cut slower, finish worse, and waste product. Keeping pads clean helps extend pad life and gives more consistent results.
The System 4000 uses Lake Country’s Pure Flo Technology, an improved pump design, and a redesigned wash plate to help clean pads efficiently while reducing contamination from used solution. It works with both foam and wool pads and is a strong upgrade for anyone doing more than occasional hand-cleaning.
Best used with:
Lake Country foam, wool, and microfiber pads
Good for:
Cleaning pads during correction work, removing compound and wax buildup, extending pad life, improving polishing consistency, and reducing the need to constantly switch to fresh pads.
Key Features:
Professional pad washer system
Works with foam, wool, and microfiber pads
Helps remove compound, polish, wax, and oxidation residue
Helps extend pad life
Helps pads cut and finish more consistently
Pure Flo Technology helps separate clean and used solution
Improved pump and redesigned wash plate
Useful for marine gelcoat correction and regular detailing work
Lilly Marine Tip:
This is not a required tool for someone waxing one boat once a year. It is best for customers doing real correction work, repeated detailing, or multiple pads in one job. If someone is buying wool pads, foam pads, and Revival compounds, this helps protect that investment and keeps their pads working like they should.
