The Revival Heavy Cut + Polish & Wax Kit is built for boats with heavier oxidation that need more correction than Polish & Protect alone, but where the goal is strong improvement without adding the extra Medium Cut refinement step.
This kit starts with Revival Heavy Cut and a Lake Country White Double-Sided Wool Cutting Pad to remove heavier oxidation, chalking, haze, and faded gelcoat. It then moves to Revival Polish & Protect with Blue HDO 6.5" pads to improve gloss, clean up visible swirls, and add protection. The final step is Revival Premium Boat Wax with White CCS 5.5" pads to lock in shine and surface protection.
This kit is closer to how many real-world budget correction jobs are done: heavy cut first, then Polish & Protect, then wax. It can deliver a major improvement, but it is not the highest-clarity correction path. Under strong lighting, some haze, deeper defects, or fine correction marks may still be visible compared to the full correction kit.

For severely oxidized, deeply damaged, or badly chalked gelcoat, sanding may be needed before Heavy Cut to get the best result. Machine Compatibility Note:
This kit requires multiple machine setups. The wool cutting step requires a rotary polisher and the included double-sided wool pad adapter. The Blue HDO pads are 6.5" pads for a compatible 6" DA setup. The White CCS wax pads are 5.5" pads for a compatible 5" DA setup.
Boat Size & Add-On Guidance:
This kit is built as a practical heavy oxidation correction setup, but Heavy Cut usage can increase quickly on chalky or neglected gelcoat. Larger boats, severe oxidation, and repeated passes may require extra compound and extra pad surface.
General Guide:
20–25 ft boats: this kit may be enough for lighter heavy-cut jobs, but heavily oxidized boats may need an extra bottle of Heavy Cut
26–35 ft boats: extra Heavy Cut and extra Blue HDO pads are recommended
36+ ft boats: plan on extra Heavy Cut, extra Polish & Protect, and extra pads
