The Revival Polish & Protect + Lake Country Blue HDO 6.5" Pad Kit gives boat owners the recommended pad and product pairing for one-step gelcoat polishing and protection.
Revival Polish & Protect is designed to remove light oxidation, haze, swirls, and minor defects while leaving behind a protective layer. The Lake Country Blue HDO foam pad gives the right balance of correction and control for this process, making it a strong option when a boat needs more than wax but does not require a full heavy-cut correction.
This kit includes 6.5" Blue HDO pads. These pads are made for compatible DA/random orbital polishers and backing plate setups. They are not universal for every machine, so check your polisher and backing plate size before purchasing.

The pad has more bite than a soft finishing pad but is still more controlled than wool, making it a practical choice for light-to-moderate gelcoat improvement.
Product Usage Guide:
Revival’s general guide says one 32 oz bottle of Polish & Protect is typically enough for a 20–25 ft boat. For 30–40 ft boats, plan on 2–3 bottles. For 50+ ft boats, a gallon is usually the better option.
Pad Guidance:
This kit includes 4 Blue HDO 6.5" pads, which gives many DIY boat owners a strong starting setup. Because Polish & Protect is doing light correction, pads can load up with spent product, oxidation, and gelcoat residue. Extra pads may be helpful depending on boat size, oxidation level, how much product is used, and whether pads are cleaned during the job.
